Name Badges
Your name badge is your ticket! Please wear it to all conference events. It will identify you as a conference participant and will get you (and your guest where appropriate) into conference sessions and events.

Cell Phones, Pagers & Other Audible Electronic Devices
Please be courteous to our speakers and panelists, and your fellow conference attendees, and turn off or render inaudible all devices during conference sessions. Thank you!

If You Have Questions Or Require Assistance
For conference-related inquiries, please speak to Conference Coordinator Bobbi Lum-Mew or any member of the IALLA Conference Committee (the folks with the “Committee” ribbons on their name badges!).

Conference Attire
Dress during the conference sessions is business casual. Since room temperature may vary, please plan accordingly. There is no smoking in the conference areas.

Evaluation Survey
A short conference evaluation survey will be emailed to all conference attendees after the conference. We hope you will take a few moments to complete and return it. We value your comments and your input will help with preparation for next year’s conference.
